The waiting room holds new entrants until admitted by the host The host will admit you to the meeting once your entry there is processed.

You have been admitted to the meeting once this screen appears. Click the ‘Join with Computer Audio’ button. Audio from the meeting is then fed to your computer and is presented via speakers (or earphones) on your device. Note earphones are suggested as they will improve audio qualiity by reducing ambient sounds at your location.

After you have entered the passcode and clicked ‘Join’, you will see this display If the meeting has not yet been started. After the host starts the meeting and admits you, you will see normal video. When video has been started at the host, a view of the sanctuary is appears. Before video has started, a picture of the church exterior is shown.

SOME USAGE NOTES: The audio and video for the service is SENT TO YOU by the host and is displayed and heard on your device. No audio or video FROM YOU OR YOUR DEVICE is needed (or wanted). Consequently, the audio and video sent FROM your computer is muted and you should leave it that way. They can be enabled and disabled by toggling the icons in the lower left of the screen (shown here disabled). However, enabling either should be avoided. Leaving your AUDIO disabled prevents sounds from your location from entering the meeting and affecting the audio of other users. Keeping your VIDEO disabled avoids unnecessary network traffic, which could be detrimental to the meeting.
